Subscription policy (refund, renewal, cancellation)

Refund of subscription fees after registration:

• Upon registering with Yusr Platform, the student will receive a trial period of 7 days, during which they have the right to cancel their registration and request a refund of the subscription fee.

• The full paid amount will be refunded after deducting 18% as administrative fees.

• After more than 7 days have passed from the date of registration, the student will no longer be eligible to receive a refund of the subscription fee.

Subscription renewal:

• The student must renew the monthly subscription on the specified renewal date.

• The student is granted a 3-day grace period after the due date. If this period expires and the subscription has not been renewed, the subscription will be permanently canceled.

Subscription cancellation:

• The student has the right to cancel the renewal of the monthly subscription at any time, taking into account that the cancellation must be made at least 5 days before the next subscription renewal date.
